	Inside the Client Viewing Room Clients can observe tests from an adjacent soundproof room through a one way mirror. Monitors show exactly what the user sees and their mouse movements.
	Video Picture-in-Picture Data Capture Video captures all on-screen activity as well as user behaviour and comments; critical in understanding the reasons WHY problems occur and to substantiate findings.
	Eye Tracking Software Eye tracking allows us to track and record the users' gaze as they complete tasks, providing critical insight into the effectiveness of the design. Analysis software generates heat maps, gaze plots, etc. to show exactly what users are looking at. Find out more about eye tracking.
