Bank of Ireland - User Testing 1
Bank of Ireland is the second largest bank in Ireland. In line with banking trends, Bank of Ireland are making more of their in-branch services available online. In 2007 they redesigned their corporate and retail banking website to reflect this move. Frontend were requested to test the redesigned website with target customers in order to highlight problem areas and to propose potential design solutions. The key to designing effective banking website is to get the correct balance between product sales and customer information. Frontend have considerable experience in design and evaluatin of bank websites. We recruited 16 test participants representing the target user profiles and carefully devised a user test that would provide accurate insight and that would enable us to benchmark feedback against competitor banks. Frontend delivered a detailed usability report as well as interaction design and graphic design solutions to the bank. The feedback was incorporated into the design prior to launch. |
Frontend are a finalist in the 2012 Interaction Awards for the Out of Box Experince of Accu-Chek Aviva.
